Your coaching staff is the first place you should go for any questions about your eligibility.
Once you have an incomplete task on your profile for OUAZ transcripts, complete the form under the Requests web-page
on this site.

Send a detailed email to alex.blaser@ottawa.edu with your HS information and your registrar's contact.
OUAZ can use unofficial transcripts for admissions, but athletic eligibility requires OFFICIAL transcripts.
Official transcripts must go from insitution to institution.
Let your coach know that your application as been cancelled, and they will request a new application be started.

of this site.
Requesting a fee waiver will delay your determination by at
least a week,
possible more.
